We recently ran into a major issue with our swimming pool—the water had turned completely green from an algae bloom. I reached out to the owner, and even though he wasn't able to come out the very same day, he went above and beyond right away. He took the time to walk me through a detailed, step-by-step process of what products to buy and what steps to take immediately to stop the algae from spreading. In the days leading up to his visit, he was incredibly responsive, patient, and answered all of my follow-up questions with clear instructions. When he came to our home in person, he provided even more expert guidance to ensure we got everything back on track. Thanks to his professional knowledge and guidance, our pool was already 90% clear after just a few days! Between his incredible patience, top-notch expertise, and very reasonable pricing, Clean Co. Mike and Clean Co Pool deserves all these stars and more. We 'suffered' with a sub-par pool service for years because it was they were 'ok'.... we finally had just too many issues and we committed to getting a new and better service. Mike has delivered and then some! He is consistent and good with communication (both super important) but I think the best part for us is that he is smart and knowledgeable. He understands the pool/spa equipment and the minor issues (for him they are minor and he understands them - others just looked blankly and told us to find someone else as they were only really able to add chlorine and do their basic weekly service).. so now these minor things that were frustrating are no longer driving me crazy each week on end... they are addressed and fixed or at least I understand why things are happening. Thank you Mike!!!

Thanks for getting our pool situated! We were having some cloudy water in the pool and could not get our pump issues solved either. On visit from Clean Co. and they were able to resolve my chemical balancing issues and pump problems! Thanks for saving our summer and leaving our pool sparkling clean!
